| Our 3 doctor mixed animal practice is looking to hire 1-2 more associates. We are a well established practice in rural Southwest Minnesota, with two clinic locations. We are looking to replace two doctors that are nearing retirement, buy-in potential likely in the future. The practice is 50/50 large vs small animal case work. Large animal is mainly cow-calf and feedlot, with limited dairy, and some equine, small ruminant and swine. The associates would be expected to serve both large and small animal clients, but some scheduling can be tailored toward specific interests, especially for those with small animal and equine interests. On call duty would be divided equally among doctors. We have in house CBC and chemistry analyzers. Gas anesthesia, Dental Machine, new digital x-ray (along with portal equine unit), power float, haul-in stocks, new hydraulic silencer chute, large animal ultrasound. Staff includes: 2 CVT's and several other trained veterinary assistants and receptionist. We are located near recreational lakes, state parks, fishing and farming.
