We are proud to be one of the very few family-owned, non corporate practices, remaining in Northern Virginia. Deepwood has been a family-owned practice serving our Northern Virginia community since 1971. Our skilled, compassionate, professional staff provide exceptional medical and surgical care, as well as complementary medical treatments including acupuncture, herbal and cold laser therapy. We strive to educate pet owners, enabling them to make informed choices regarding their pet’s health and wellness. In addition, we offer outstanding on-site boarding, grooming and dog training services. We gladly treat dogs, cats, “pocket pets,” reptiles, horses, cattle, small ruminants, pigs, camelids and birds. While we practice quality medicine and offer “one stop shopping” for all of your pet’s needs, we never forget that there are many abandoned and homeless animals in our region that may need extra care while they wait for their forever homes. With that in mind, we strive to give back to our community by working closely with local animal shelters and several rescue organizations.
