Lake City Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited small animal hospital located in North Central Florida. 

We have a beautiful facility with all the newest technology but that's not what makes us unique. What we are most proud of is the special work place culture that we have. Out team gets along in a respectful and professional manner that makes coming to work a pleasure. One of our current full time doctors was a relief vet who filled in for us and worked at over a dozen other practices and consistently said that we were her favorite practice to work at. She declined several other full time job offers to join our team.

We put an emphasis on work life balance and understand that working crazy hours and focusing solely on production goals aren't the recipe for long term success.

What we offer: 

Full or part time work schedule: full time is 4 days a week and one half Saturday a month.

Lake City has a laid back small town feel and is within 1 hour driving distance to large cities like Gainesville, Valdosta, and Jacksonville. Being centrally located in North Florida we are also 1 to 1.5 hours from the Atlantic or Gulf beaches. With substantially lower property taxes and housing prices than the larger cities your dollar goes a lot farther here and your still close to the big amenities.
