Halifax Humane Society (HHS), an award-winning animal shelter located in Daytona Beach, Florida- the city known for "The World's Most Famous Beach", is seeking candidates for Staff Veterinarian with a desire to excel. This is a great career opportunity to live, play, and work by the beach!  The Veterinary Services Department includes working at the open admission shelter performing High-Quality, High-Volume spay/neuter (HQHVSN) surgery, health care of the sheltered pets, and assisting in animal cruelty investigation as well as working at the public spay/neuter clinic.  New to shelter medicine? We are happy to train new graduates or veterinarians interested in pursing shelter medicine
