Ashby Animal Clinic was founded by Dr. James G. Simmons and Dr. Shelvin Arey in October of 1974, as a mixed animal practice. Ashby Animal Clinic became an exclusive small animal practice in the early 80’s. Dr. Simmons was the sole owner of Ashby Animal Clinic until March 1st, 2013 when he sold the clinic to Dr. Tara Bell and Tricia Eagle. Ashby Animal Clinic employees four associate veterinarians; Dr. Sarah Whitman Hadacek, Dr. Lisa May Moran, and Dr. Garrett Smith. Ashby Animal Clinic operates with experienced, trained veterinarians supported by a knowledgeable staff who are all working toward the continued goal of ensuring that all our patients receives the very best in veterinary care.
