Pacific & Santa Cruz Veterinary Specialists is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our busy, growing practice. You will join a staff of Specialists that includes Surgeons, Internists, Oncologists, Criticalist, and part time Cardiologist. Our long-established hospital has been serving the area for generations.

Our new 20,000 sq. ft. State of the Art facility is located in the heart of Northern California’s, Monterey Bay Area. The urban amenities of the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley are a short drive away, but the Santa Cruz Mountains and sandy beaches that will make up your new environs, isolate you from the stress and noise of a large metropolitan area. World class surfing, biking, hiking and nearly every imaginable outdoor activity is available in our backyard.

Santa Cruz is a progressive college town on California’s Central Coast. We have a large, dedicated affluent client base and a large well established loyal referral base.

Our long-established hospital has been serving the area for generations. We are currently expanding our imaging services with soon to be installed 1.5T MRI. We currently use a 16 slice GE light-speed CT & have two digital radiology suites. We currently use a GE Logiq console & triage systems and will add new ultrasound machines to suit the needs of the incoming radiologists. Our goal is to establish a collaborative interventional radiology team with collaboration between specialties. We are committed to dedicating space and infrastructure for this endeavor.

- Salary of $180,000+ DOE

- $50,000 signing bonus w/4 year commitment
