Shannon Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary facility located in Midland, Texas serving the communities of Greenwood, Odessa, Tanglewood, Barberdale, Kelview Heights, and Claydesta Plaza. Midland is in the western part of Texas and is widely known for its oil industry and historical landmarks. Midland is a city full of cultural sites such as the USA's 43rd president's childhood home, theater performances, and abundant parks and recreation opportunities.
Our veterinarians offer a wide variety of medical, surgical, and dental services. Our hospital has advanced equipment and technologies, including comprehensive in-house testing for accurate diagnosis, digital x-ray, surgical suites, dental suites, and a pharmacy. Qualifications/Skills:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited veterinary school
- Experienced veterinarian or recent veterinarian graduate ready to provide passionate care
- Active, non-restricted license (or ability to obtain) in the state of Texas
- Proficient in performing surgical and dental procedures strongly preferred
- A passion for building a trusting relationship with clients, colleagues, and community
- Committed to ongoing personal education and assist in leading the development of others
- Be the most trusted partner in pet care using strong communication and interpersonal skills
