All Pet Complex is a fun, progressive general practice that values high-quality medicine, our wonderful clients, and our team’s personal lives! We believe in a gossip-free, positive work culture that focuses on maintaining high standards while also having a good time.
We are looking for a full-time associate to work a maximum of 4 days per week. Our clinic is open Monday – Friday 8AM to 530PM, and Saturdays until 3PM. We divide Saturday shifts evenly amongst the team. Currently, our doctors work 2 of every 6 Saturdays. We have a culture that strongly values your family and personal time, and we strive to develop work schedules that reflect those values. Our compensation structure is negotiable, with most associates electing a salary+ system with no negative accrual. Base salary is at least $100k/yr plus a monthly production bonus, though we are open to any compensation arrangement that makes sense for all parties.
All Pet Complex is a large, modern hospital that has recently been remodeled. We have 6 exam rooms plus a comfort room, large treatment area, two surgery suites, dentistry area with two stations, and a second floor with several offices for those who enjoy a separate space for charting, phone calls, etc. We have a wide variety of equipment, including a new (~1 year old) Samsung ultrasound, DR radiography, DR dental radiography, an array of laparoscopes, rigid endoscopes, arthroscopes and otoscopes, electro-surgery units, Ligasure, orthopedic equipment (including TPLO instrumentation), and a new (~1-2 years old) therapy laser.
We practice high-quality, progressive medicine at our clinic. Our doctors commonly hospitalize patients, provide ultrasounds performed by a board-certified radiologist, perform TPLOs and other orthopedic procedures, perform preventative and interventional dentistry, administer stem cell therapies, administer blood transfusions, etc. Our canine spays are performed laparoscopically, and we are eager to teach you and support you in developing this fun and simple technique. We encourage continuing education, and provide a generous CE allowance. We encourage independence, while also fostering collaboration and mentorship.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for helping people as well as their pets. Whether we like it or not, this is a customer service industry as much as it is a medical profession. Client communication is highly valued by our team. The candidate should also have a positive attitude and love what they do. Anyone can be trained on techniques and procedures - we want your winning personality first and foremost. New grads and experienced doctors are equally encouraged to apply. We are committed to providing as much or as little mentorship and caseload accommodation as you need to enable you to succeed.
If you are interested in joining our team, please send us your resume! Feel free to contact us with any questions about the area, the position, our hospital, or our team.
