Mountain View Animal Hospital is a small animal practice providing quality medicine in a compassionate environment. We have an opening for a full-time associate veterinarian. We are in the beautiful Northeast near lakes and mountains, which is great for the outdoor-loving naturalist. We consider ourselves a “lifestyle clinic” that values work-life balance, no on-call emergency, and a comfortable work schedule. We have a well-trained, dedicated staff devoted to practicing the highest standard of patient care and exceptional customer service, emphasizing preventive and wellness care, client communication, and developing lasting relationships with our clients and patients.
Our full-service facility includes tools to allow you to practice quality medicine and, most importantly, a terrific team of experienced support staff. We boast a full array of equipment, including digital radiography, dental radiographs, ultrasound, in-house diagnostics (CBC, diagnostic panel), and laser therapy. We also provide integrative options, including chiropractic, acupuncture, rehabilitation, and Chinese Herbal options.
All veterinarians are welcome to apply, as mentoring is part of our investment in our employees and the veterinary community. We are looking for a small animal candidate who is comfortable and confident performing medicine, surgery, and dentistry. The ideal DVM is a strong communicator who is thorough, enjoys educating clients, and has a strong desire to help us take our practice to the next level. Interest in integrative modalities is a plus, and one can be mentored in the certification process.
Must be a licensed DVM (or the ability to become licensed) in the state of Vermont or soon to be licensed.
