Pet+ER is looking to add additional Part Time Emergency Veterinarians to its team at our Towson location.
Enjoy a set schedule that allows for more consistency and work/life balance! Options include Mon/Tues overnight, every-other-weekend O/N, or every-other-weekend Day. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus, CE allowance, uniform allowance, VIN access, 401k match, and Employee Pet Wellness Plan!
At Pet+ER Towson, we provide 24-hour emergency and critical care services and the highest level of support possible to our patients and their owners -- under the oversight of our Medical Director, a boarded criticalist.
Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to handle the specific needs of each patient. We have a comprehensive suite of equipment and services all under one roof to handle the most severe animal injuries and illnesses, including digital radiology, in-house lab, ICU, surgery suites with LigaSure, oxygen ward, isolation ward, and high flow oxygen (coming soon in Towson). Our facility is shared with board-certified specialists in:
· Surgery
· Dentistry (Towson)
· Neurology (Towson)
· Canine Rehabilitation
· Internal Medicine
· Oncology
· Cardiology
We have a plentiful and interesting caseload, keeping all our staff engaged and providing many opportunities for employees to challenge themselves. For this position, we are interested in speaking with internship trained and/or experienced ER DVMs who are comfortable with emergency surgery.
