Introduction
Our rehab facility, Chicago Animal Rehab (CARE), has a part-time position available for an integrative veterinarian certified in acupuncture and chiropractic. CARE has a certified rehabilitation technician on site, so no rehab experience is needed. Candidates interested in a full time position have the opportunity to split their time between our rehab facility and our full service general practice, LePar Animal Hospital.
About Us
Chicago Animal Rehab (CARE) is a specialty veterinary center dedicated to physical rehabilitative therapy. We provide traditional and complementary veterinary methods for rehabilitation, holistic healing, and wellness.
LePar Animal Hospital is a well-established AAHA accredited 8 doctor practice offering alternative services in addition to progressive conventional medicine. Our full-service small animal hospital offers digital radiography, digital dental radiography, digital ultrasound, in house chemistry and CBC analyzers, on-site chemotherapy services, and orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, as well as acupuncture, chiropractic care, and on-site stem cell therapy.
About You
We are looking for a motivated, personable, and empathetic integrative veterinarian who is committed to professional growth and practicing the highest standard of medicine. Must be able to perform acupuncture and chiropractic therapies, but rehab experience is not required. About This Role
At our rehab facility you will
- Perform physical exams on new and existing patients and develop individualized rehab protocols
- Continue evaluations, chiropractic and acupuncture treatments from a well established client base
- Work along side Mary Collopy, a CCRP with more than 20 years of experience. Mary provides underwater treadmill, laser therapies and therapeutic exercise.

- Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care in a recently renovated and very well-equipped hospital
- Enjoy the support of a highly trained staff at a ratio of 4-5:1
- Follow our Fear Free protocol to ensure our patients are comfortable and stress free
- Work in a professional yet fun & collaborative environment, ready to help maintain a supportive atmosphere where we work hard and encourage each other to learn & grow
Our Location
LePar Animal Hospital is located in desirable suburban Evergreen Park - approximately 30 minutes from the heart of Chicago. Evergreen Park is a quiet and safe neighborhood with great parks, amazing places to shop, wonderful restaurants, and plenty of Metra stations and the CTA Red Line nearby. Chicago Animal Rehab is located just 10 minutes west of our main hospital.
