We are seeking a full or part-time associate veterinarian to join our team of exemplary doctors and staff. Country View is a small animal practice, grooming, daycare, and boarding facility located in Wilmington, OH. Our facility strives to provide quality veterinary care and offers an in-house lab, radiology, and surgical suite.

Are you looking to work long hours and weekends? Great, neither are we. At Country View we strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance and have NO emergency or weekend hours. We see patients typically Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and offer ‘walk-in’ hours for clients and non-clients Monday-Friday 9am-1pm with a strict cut-off time.

Are you looking to work in a cramped work environment? Perfect, we aren’t either and as such offer a spacious layout with 5 exam rooms, a surgery suite, radiology suite, and expansive treatment area with multiple workstations and separate examination tables, not to mention our separate area in the hospital for grooming, boarding, and daycare!

Are you looking for a competitive and argumentative team base? No? That’s a relief. At Country View, we strive to treat everyone like family and support each other. To us, client care is more important, allowing us to provide a team environment and provide exceptional care to our patients. As such, while experience is helpful, we are willing to provide mentorship if a new graduate is interested.

Finally, how about benefits? Yes, we have those too. Health, dental, and vision insurance is available to our full-time employees who work 40 hours a week. We also offer paid vacation, provide CE and a uniform allowance, and reimbursement for state licensing, AVMA/OVMA membership, and DEA licensing.
