Immediate opening! $7000.00 signing bonus! We need a equine veterinarian to join our team! We offer a great opportunity for a full range of equine ambulatory work. Our clientele is small family farms to large riding stables to back yard owners, and we do a lot of work with Amish clients and large stables. Our practice is equipped with all the tools needed with digital radiography, ultrasound, power dentistry, endoscope and more. We provide a fully equipped vet truck. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic with a good work ethic, and a great ability to communicate. We are very interested in building a team and buy-in opportunities are possible. We are happy to mentor and hope that it is a two way street with new ideas welcome! On call is shared on a three man rotation. An interest in other species is also a plus! We do have goat, sheep and even a bit of wildlife. We are located near the State College area in central Pennsylvania with a variety of activities and amenities in a rural countryside with mountains and streams and the nearby college town.
