VCA Briarcliff Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join our team as Medical Director of our two doctor small animal practice in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like an owner would, but without the risks of ownership. Plus, you'll have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more, to help you succeed. We are offering a $25,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
We have been serving the community of Jacksonville over 20 years with our high quality medical care and friendly service. Our well equipped hospital has digital radiographs, dental radiographs, and a full dental suite. We work closely with both a radiologist and cardiologist who provide ultrasound and cardiology services for patients in our hospital several times a week.
Our location in Jacksonville has quick access to multiple beaches, including Jacksonville Beach, Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, St. Augustine Beach just a short drive away, as well as the St Johns River. The area provides many opportunities for outdoor and water activities. Jacksonville is home to the NFL team Jacksonville Jaguars and also hosts the Georgia versus Florida college football game every year. Local residents enjoy 1,100 miles of shoreline, world class art museums, and 80,000 acres of parks and trails.
