La Pine offers a highly competitive compensation package including a competitive salary and generous signing and/or relocation bonuses. Experienced candidates with leadership interests will be considered for a Medical Director role which includes an additional stipend. We offer full benefits for working 3-4 days per week including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA options), 401k with discretionary employer contribution, PTO, generous CE allowance, additional PTO for CE, VIN & Plumbs membership, and reimbursement for membership and license fees.
