In order to attract talented veterinary professionals like you, we have a flexible approach to renumeration based on your expertise and potential-typically this can incorporate:
A competitive salary base in the range of $90,000-$120,000 that will reflect your skills, expertise and experience plus ProSal which give you an opportunity to make a substantial amount above your base salary.
Sign on bonus $10,000 to $20,000 depending on the length of the contract agreed upon
3 weeks of annual leave
3 days/year for continuing education plus $1500/year for this purpose
