Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian who will thrive as a valued, long-term member of our team. We welcome recent graduates seeking guidance at the start of their career journey, as well as seasoned veterinarians who are eager to thrive within a collaborative and progressive environment. As an Associate Veterinarian at Riverview Animal Clinic, you will have the opportunity to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of medical cases and surgical cases, with availability for collaboration with our skilled team. We are dedicated to delivering top-tier care to our patients and their families by utilizing our comprehensive in-house diagnostic capabilities and cutting-edge technology to manage patients to the most successful outcome. We are excited to welcome a new team member who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional, progressive patient care.
A full-time position consists of four days per week, with two Saturday’s per six-week schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics for pets, providing accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
Perform a variety of surgical procedures, from routine spays/neuters, dental procedures, to more advanced surgeries.
Collaborate with our skilled support staff to ensure optimal patient care and client education.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patients.
Communicate effectively with clients, explaining treatment options and providing guidance on pet care.
Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and attend relevant continuing education opportunities.
