Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Veterinarian who is passionate about animal health and welfare and can provide comprehensive veterinary services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent diagnostic and surgical skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment alongside a skilled team of veterinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and consultations with clients to assess and diagnose health issues in animals.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, including medical, surgical, and preventive care, and communicate these plans effectively to clients.
• Perform various surgical procedures, such as spaying/neutering, dental extractions, and soft tissue surgeries.
• Provide guidance and support to the veterinary team, including technicians and assistants, to ensure a high standard of care and efficient workflow.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay current on the latest advances in veterinary medicine and technology and incorporate them into practice.
• Communicate effectively with clients, offering education and guidance on pet wellness and preventative care.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with specialists and referral facilities when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state veterinary license.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in performing common veterinary surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
