The Position: We're open to considering both Full-Time and Part-Time Associate Veterinarians to join our dynamic DVM team. Enjoy a daily rotation through wellness, appointments, urgent care, and surgical services. If surgery isn't for you, no worries, you don't have to participate!

With our spacious facility featuring 10 exam rooms, ultrasound, oversized surgical suite, 3 dental workstations, and more, you'll have most the tools and toys you need to provide top-notch care!
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Full disclosure, we are a very busy practice, dedicated to helping our patients when they need us the most. So, we do see urgent care and walk-in sick visits in addition to a busy appointment schedule.
So, our amazing staff is trained and ready to support you in routine sample collection, reporting, patient care, client communication and more. With a staff-to-DVM ratio of 4/5:1, you'll have the support you need!

Fair and Transparent Pro-Salary Basis: Your hard work won't go unnoticed on those busy days and seeing that one extra case in the day! Premier VetCare pays DVMs on a transparent Pro-Salary basis, meaning motivated veterinarians are rewarded financially. Very few items are not included in DVM production. Current DVM staff earn between $130,000-$160,000 per year with a 4-day work week, placing them in the top 25% of income in Tennessee! Also includes up to $3000 a year for reimbursements of your selected benefits.
