We are looking for a compassionate veterinarian with the desire to provide high quality, affordable care for public, rescue and shelter pets. Duties and Responsibilities
-Perform pre-surgical examinations on patients prior to surgery.
-Safely and efficiently perform spay/neuter procedures.
-Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
-Communicate effectively with clients.
-Perform additional surgical procedures such as hernia repair, enucleation, amputation, dew claw removal.
-Full time and part time options available.
Experience/ Qualification/Requirements
-Doctor of Veterinary Medicine-DVM
-2 years experience in small animal practice recommended but not required. All levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
-Ability to safely and efficiently perform spay and neuter procedures.
-Preference will be given to individuals with previous HQHVSN experience.

Tracy is a rapidly growing city in the central valley of California. We are located 1 hour from the beach, 2 hours from Yosemite, 3 hours from world class ski resorts in Lake Tahoe. Outdoor recreation including hiking, boating, swimming and fishing are just 10 minutes away in the California delta region. Within 30 minutes drive there is a great variety of shopping and fine dining available.

-Weekdays only. No on-call, no evenings, no after hours.
Salary
$170,000-$200,000 annual salary depending on experience.
