VMC is an amazing AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor, small animal general practice that has been privately owned since 1997. 

Our Full-time compensation package starts at $125,000 base salary plus 22% production.

We offer Individualized Mentorship in a supportive environment (whether that means a new graduate or experienced doctor who is trying something new). We are constantly teaching and commonly have high school student shadows, veterinary technician externships, and veterinary student summer positions/shadows. We have had a few new veterinary graduates start careers at VMC over the years as well so we are familiar with mentorships and individual learning curves.

Career Requirements:

• DVM or VMD degree
• licensed in Pennsylvania
• ability to work well with others to provide a quality team approach to both pet care and owner experience
• able to complete wellness and sick appointments (mentorship is available)
• perform routine surgeries (optional and mentorship is available)
