Bandera Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian committed to practicing high-quality veterinary medicine. We are a multi-doctor mixed animal practice that has served the Bandera community for over 40 years. Our doctor team is a cohesive, collaborative group of veterinarians. We pride ourselves in providing medicine tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and patient’s individual needs. Hands-on tiered mentorship is available for interested new and recent graduates.
Our newly renovated state-of-the-art small animal hospital is a must see. Our new hospital facilities include a spacious OR with dual Star-trol overhead surgical lights, central oxygen and scavenger systems. The dental suite includes wet table, dental x-ray, and new Midmark dental unit. We have a complete in-house Idexx laboratory suite, in-house ultrasound and digital x-ray equipment. Our large animal facilities include equine stocks and stalls, a Preifert squeeze chute and working pens, portable radiograph capability, and more!
Located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Bandera is roughly one hour Northwest of San Antonio. This gives us the distinct advantage of small-town life paired with the convenience of big city amenities. Our area is served by multiple specialty referral centers as well as mobile surgical and ultrasound specialists.
