Clinic is fully equipped and ready for business.  Building design received the Hospital award of the year in Veterinary economics in ~ 1968.

Clinic has four exam rooms, large 2 table surgery, large prep/treatment room, 2 air conditioned kennels with 45 stainless steel cages and 10 runs, and an on sight pharmacy/lab and x-ray.

We have little to no natural disasters here in southern Arizona.  We have 9 months of beautiful weather and three high heat months.  Everything is air conditioned making the summer heat comfortable. 

A small amount of capital is needed for startup.  If you are talented and charge reasonable fees you will be an instant success.  A laddered lease $ is available to ensure your success from the start.

This clinic was owner owned and occupied by Dr. Land since 1972.  Dr. Land enjoyed a great practice and even though Yuma has relatively high unemployment, the clinic remained bullet proof against economic down turns through all those years.

There are many opportunities for entertainment and enjoyment in Southern Arizona.  We are within 150 – 180 miles of San Diego and Phoenix if there is a desire for big city shopping.  We also have plenty of shopping right here in Yuma.

Yuma has a reputation of high summer heat, but in spite of the hot summers, it is a great place to live.  Military people come here on duty and many return for their retirement because they love it here.
