(Two associates like to keep up with variety of species, while the other sticks exclusively with traditional SA/Exotic appointments.) One of our desires is for new grads to land softly into an environment dedicated to developing, supporting, and encouraging them in their new careers.

After hours and weekend urgent care and emergency care are currently referred to a local ER across the PA/MD line about 20 minutes away from our hospital. Along with a fabulous culture, we are a close-knit, but professional family-oriented staff, which is among our strongest qualities. We pride ourselves in quality over quantity, attention to detail, and thoroughness. (Team members who have come from other practices have referred to our hospital as a “unicorn hospital”.). We have a skilled and experienced technical staff.
You have the flexibility to create your own schedule, (including 3-day weekends and typically 8-hour appointment days) appointment types, professional growth and development, and finding a niche that you have special interest in taking the lead on.
