Chisholm Trail Animal Hospital, located in Park City, Kansas, is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our amazing team! We are proud to be AAHA accredited!
Our clinic would provide an excellent environment for candidates interested in expanding their physical therapy, rehabilitation, acupuncture, and surgical skills.
Chisholm Trail Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal general practice. Our hospital was founded over 40 years ago and has been providing exceptional care since then. Our diagnostic equipment includes a comprehensive in-house IDEXX laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound. Most importantly, we have an amazing support staff and a 2:1 technician to doctor ratio.
At CTAH, we perform a large variety of routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries and dentistry. Our surgery suite contains our CO2 cutting laser, heated surgical table, and monitoring equipment. We have a second cold laser unit in surgery to use post-operatively on patients. Our associate, Dr. Jamie Fisher, has a background in high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter and would be a great surgical mentor. Our dental equipment includes an iM3 dental machine with high and low speed drill, scaler handpiece, and dental radiography. Pre-op lab work, IV catheters, and IV fluids are required for every patient undergoing general anesthesia.
One of our associates is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner and trained in physical therapy, acupuncture, and stem cell therapy. She frequently utilizes our underwater treadmill and therapeutic laser.
We strongly promote work/life balance, offering a 4-day work with rotating Saturdays, closing at 5 pm, and no on-call requirements! We’ve worked hard to build and maintain a positive, supportive practice culture, leading to a great work environment and low turnover.
