At our clinic, we offer a supportive mentorship program for new graduates. Our experienced veterinarians are committed to providing guidance, support, and valuable hands-on training to help you thrive in your new role. Our practice is not controlled or directed by corporate objectives that might limit how you practice veterinary medicine or your enjoyment of practice. Work 3-4 days a week with no on-call duties and enjoy major holidays off. Our flexible scheduling allows for a great work-life balance, ideally working Wednesday to Saturday with alternating work weeks. We have an adequate tech to doctor ratio. Qualifications 

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school 

• Valid Veterinary license in good standing in the state of California 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to animals 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

• New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced veterinarians are welcome 

• A Doctor of veterinary medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university 
• Valid License to practice in California, prior to start date.
