Countryside Equine Hospital is a 4-doctor practice in Covington, GA that offers ambulatory and hospital services. We provide everything from general wellness, dentistry, sports medicine, reproduction, surgery, 24/7/365 emergency care, and more. Our haul-in facility consists of 3 treatment areas (2 with stocks), surgical suite, laboratory, a 10-stall barn for hospitalized patients, and diagnostic equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and arthroscopy. Students will have the opportunity to work alongside our veterinarians who value education: we all remember what it was like to be a student, and we want to make sure our externs get the most out of their experience with us! That means students will have the opportunity to be hands-on in procedures and diagnostics, as well as participate in weekly case rounds.
