 This is  not  a sink-or-swim position. You will be taught, supported, and developed.

 You will work in a  small animal-only  practice with exposure to: 
 
 General practice and wellness care 
 Urgent care and same-day cases 
 Internal medicine case workups

 Schedule 
 
 Full-time 
 4 days per week 
 10-hour shifts 
 
 Hospital hours: 
 
 Monday&#8211;Friday:  7:30 AM&#8211;6:30 PM 
 Saturday&#8211;Sunday:  7:30 AM&#8211;4:30 PM 
 
 Specific scheduling will be discussed based on hospital needs and candidate fit. 
 Compensation and support 
 
 Guaranteed base salary: $120,000 
 Production compensation: 23% 
 Supported onboarding/ramp-up period during the first 6 months 
 CE support and allowance with an individualized plan 
 Licensure and dues support 
 PTO discussed based on individual needs
