The American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the national not-for-profit association established in 1863 and representing over 98,000 veterinarians working in private and corporate practice, government, industry, academia and uniformed services, is seeking a Social Media Editor for the AVMA Journals to join our Publications team at our Headquarters office in Schaumburg, IL, a northwest suburb of Chicago. Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, this newly created position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that promotes the works of authors who publish in the AVMA Journals; drives traffic to the Journal websites; increases citations and readership of journal articles; enhances the overall experience
