Are you interested in working at a fun, collaborative emergency/specialty practice that focuses on providing high standards of care as well as promoting you to maintain a good quality of life? The Veterinary Medical Center in Syracuse, NY is proud to have an established critical care service that is growing, and we are in search of a third criticalist who can work alongside other specialists to provide collaborative care in a positive, collegial manner. 

The VMC is currently 18,000 sq ft hospital (with plans for upcoming new hospital build) VECCS level 1 facility that currently offers 24 hour emergency in addition to Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Radiology, Cardiology, Nutrition, Anesthesiology and Critical Care. In addition, within the VMC exists CARE, a complementary rehabilitation and pain management center. The CC Service has its own technical team to ensure efficient case management and clinician support. Attached to the VMC is an IDEXX reference laboratory, which enables accurate test results with a fast turnaround time for hospitalized patients. The criticalists work 3-4 days shifts per week.
